Natural Pharmaceuticals customer meeting in Radom

A meeting of Natural Pharmaceuticals’ customers, focusing on health and safety, was held in Radom. The event was of a social and educational nature and was organised to mark the 15th anniversary of our presence on the Polish market.

We met with the local community and our customers at Radom Town Hall. The highlight of the event was the handover to the town of an AED defibrillator funded by Natural Pharmaceuticals, which has been installed in the New Town Hall – a location open to all residents and visitors. The handover was accompanied by a short first-aid demonstration and a practical explanation of how to use the device.

Participants were also able to take advantage of free health checks, including blood pressure, blood glucose levels and ‘metabolic age’. The results were discussed on the spot with a qualified dietitian, who provided simple, personalised advice on daily habits and lifestyle.

The event was attended by Tomasz Sikora, a biathlete and Olympic medallist, who shared his experiences regarding physical activity and looking after one’s health. The company’s CEO, Jonas Törnquist, was also present and spoke with the event’s participants.

We view such initiatives as a natural part of our relationship with customers. Face-to-face meetings and conversations within local communities allow us to better understand our customers’ needs and the context in which the brand operates. Positive feedback about Natural Pharmaceuticals arises precisely in such situations – through experience and genuine interaction.
