Partnerships

From raw materials to the finished product, we oversee every stage of the process to deliver high-quality supplements.
We work exclusively with partners who meet our strict standards for ethical sourcing and sustainability.
Our supplements are produced in accordance with HACCP principles and stringent requirements of the European Union and Norwegian regulations, ensuring high levels of purity, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This is quality you can trust.

From the moment the fish are caught to delivery to the customer, we prioritize environmentally responsible solutions. Throughout the supply chain, we work with partners who use modern transport technologies. Product safety and quality are our top priorities – which is why, during periods of high temperatures, we use temperature-controlled transport to help maintain the freshness and stability of ingredients. We uphold high standards at every stage of logistics, and our partners continuously implement solutions to reduce their carbon footprint.

At the heart of our operations is a modern distribution center located in central Poland. Every day, we process and pack several thousand parcels and letters, which are delivered to customers across eight countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

With over 500,000 products available for immediate dispatch and highly automated processes, we are able to fulfill orders almost immediately after they are placed.
Our goal is not only speed, but also reliability – ensuring that Natural Pharmaceuticals supplements reach our customers exactly when they need them.

As a member of GOED (Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s), we are committed to upholding high standards of quality, responsible sourcing, and developing safe and reliable products.
Our membership provides us with access to the latest scientific research on omega-3. This supports the development of our supplements and customer education.

KRSiO
Since 2016, we have been a member of the Polish Council for Supplements and Nutritional Products (KRSiO), an organization that brings together manufacturers and distributors of dietary supplements in Poland. KRSiO is a member of international organizations such as the IADSA (International Alliance of Dietary/Food Supplement Associations) and the EHPM (European Federation of Associations of Health Product Manufacturers).
This membership helps us stay up to date with European trends and standards.
Together, we contribute to the development of Poland’s first industry self-regulation framework – the Code of Good Practice for the Advertising of Dietary Supplements.
