Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), biotin (vitamin B7), vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Thiamine (vitamin B1), niacin (vitamin B3), biotin (vitamin B7), vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamins B6 and B12, pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use: The purpose of the product is to supplement the daily diet with nutrients essential in support of healthy sleep.
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules per day
